Authorial Comment on
Consciousness, Literature,
and the Arts Review

Having reviewed books myself, I know that presenting complex ideas accurately in the confined space of a typical review can be quite challenging. And I appreciate Julian Jason Haladynís efforts in reviewing what is admittedly a difficult book. These things having been recognized, I feel constrained to inform the reader of his review of the inaccuracy of its penultimate paragraph. A readymade, such as Marcel Duchampís Bottle Rack, is neither a specified nor an ideational object, as these things are defined in Subjects and Objects.
